Globally, women remain underrepresented in STEM fields.
According to UN Women, only 28% of researchers worldwide are women, and in India, the percentage of women pursuing STEM higher education is even lower, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where access to resources and mentorship is limited.
Early exposure, guidance, and support are critical to fostering long-term representation of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
GirlLytical was established to address this gap by empowering underprivileged girls with a passion for STEM, providing mentorship, training, and community support.
Since its inception, the initiative has reached over 100,000 girls across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India, creating opportunities for learning, skill development, and confidence-building in STEM subjects.
Key Program Components:
GirlLytical Bootcamps: Intensive sessions to develop analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
